Are you afraid your ex will hide assets or use other tricks to cheat you out of your share of your community property? If so, you're not alone! Most people enter into divorce with fear, and a certain amount of distrust when it comes to money.

In a traditional, litigated divorce, this is why both parties sometimes end up hiring duelling expensive forensic accountants...therefore spending alot of the assets they were trying to protect. There is a better way! Here's a great article on the role of the single, neutral Financial Professional in Collaborative Divorce, by my colleague Don Blythe.
